Lessons from Water Crystals — Dr. Masaru Emoto

Water! It covers two-thirds of our planet, and the human body is roughly 80% water. We cannot live without water; moreover, if the water we consume is toxic in any form, we will become ill or perhaps even die. Is there anything we can do from a spiritual perspective to improve the quality of the water we consume or the quality of the water already in our bodies? YES!

Improving the Quality of the Water We Consume

Dr. Masaru Emoto discovered in 1994 that the crystalline structure of a water molecule is affected no only by the environment but also by the emotional energy in the vicinity of the water. If we share our negative or angry energy with water or direct it at water, the crystalline structure degrades extremely fast — in as little as ten minutes. Yet the reverse is also true.

According to Dr. Moto in his book The Hidden Messages in Water, we can change the crystalline structure of water by showing letters (words) to the water, showing pictures to the water, playing music to the water, or even praying to the water. The consistent results of his hundreds of experiments confirm that negative words, pictures, music (e.g., acid rock), and prayers can destroy the crystalline structure. In this same way, positive and loving words, pictures, music and prayers can convert horribly distorted water crystals to beautiful works of art in mere minutes.

Consider the source of the water you consume and the energy to which that water has been exposed. Change its energy through positive words, pictures, etc., and you will substantially improve the quality of the water you consume.

Improving the Quality of the Water Already in Our Bodies

Given that our bodies contain roughly 80% water, and recognizing that water is impacted by the negative and positive energetic vibrations around us, then we must recognize that those same energies impact the water in our body. If we surround ourselves with anger, fear, darkness, distrust, hatred, jealousy, contempt and so forth, then the structure of the water in our bodies will degrade substantially. The same can happen if you surround yourself with negative, angry, imbalanced people. The net effects on your body include a weak immune system, emotional imbalance, difficulty focusing, and an increased susceptibility to any other form of dis-ease (illness, injury, mental instability).

Once again, the reverse is also true: surrounding yourself in a well-lit, positive, loving environment and including positive, loving people in your life will have a rapid, substantial, net positive impact on the quality of the water in your body and the quality of your physical life. Your immune system will improve sharply, your emotions will come into balance, what used to be difficult can become much easier to accomplish, and your life will have considerably less stress.

Where do We Begin?

We can use Dr. Emoto’s approach to improving the quality of water in general. Begin by learning to love yourself, and surround yourself with as many positive, loving friends as possible. Read positive, loving books and periodicals; avoid those which inspire anger and fear. Re-evaluate the television programs you watch (especially dark movies and the angry side of television news broadcasts). Re-evaluate the music you listen to (is it fun, comforting and delightful; or is it hard on the mind and ears, filled with anger). Examine your spiritual focus — engage in positive spiritual discussions; if you know how, pray for a more positive, loving energy within and around your body at all times, and pray for other positive, loving people to enter your life.

For many people, loving yourself is a very difficult thing to do, as so many people feel that they do not deserve to be loved, even by themselves. Perhaps most of their early life was absent love, or perhaps they experienced terrible relationship break-ups or the loss of the most loving person in their life; so how can they learn to trust loving anyone again, including themselves? Again, let’s use Dr. Emoto’s approach to changing the crystalline structure of water and apply it to changing the quality of the water in our bodies with the intent of changing our lives:

  • Words — Tell yourself daily that you love yourself; in fact, twice daily (when you awaken and just before going to sleep) is much better. Write positive, loving notes to yourself (“I love me” or “I am a beautiful person”); leave them in places around your home where you will see them often; and carry them with you in a pocket or any other place where you will see or feel them frequently. Do this every single day of your life; a simple and highly effective device for communicating with and changing the quality of the water in your body and the quality of your personal life.
  • Pictures — Look in the mirror; tell the face you see that you are beautiful and lovely and deserving of love. Keep a favorite photo of yourself in your purse or wallet, and remember to look at it often — that is the picture of the person who most loves you in life. If you have them, put other pictures around your home that remind you of those who love or loved you, including pets.
  • Music — Eliminate from your music collection the music that makes you sad or angry or stressed. Play the music that takes you to a time when you were loved, or play music that is all about love and loving relationships. Play it again and again and again until you memorize every word, every note and cannot get that positive, loving energy out of your mind.
  • Prayer — Simplest approach of all: ask God for assistance, for He loves you unconditionally. Ask your spirit guardian, guide or teacher for assistance with every challenge in your life, for they also love you unconditionally. The message here is to invite those energies — those incredible and unconditionally loving energies — to participate in your life…and do this every single day of your life.

How long will it take? It is up to you: a few days, a few weeks, a month or more. What I can share with you is that you will begin to feel better the moment you begin, and you will progress every day that you maintain this approach consistently. One day at a time; every day of your life. You have nothing to lose; it is easy to do; and it will cost you nothing but a few minutes of your time each day — a FREE prescription for improving the quality of your life!

I look forward to hearing from you as to your progress in learning to love yourself unconditionally and improving the quality of your life. Perhaps you will share your experiences so that others will learn from your courage and the methods you have already employed to improve your life?

Animal Guide Therapy

Historical Perspective

Most people think of “animal guides” as reaching back several centuries to the native American Indians. Actually, it stretches back for thousands of years. The concept emerged from the ancient worship of animals and the belief that the spirit of the animal left the dead carcass, rose into the sky, then reincarnated as another animal.

When we consider smoke rising from a fire, it is not unusual to imagine the spirit of the animal leaving its body and rising into the sky as the animal is cooked over an open fire. Taking this a step further, early man observed that the earth seemed to replenish itself of plant life after observing those same plants die the previous winter. In the same manner, man observed the great herds of animals being reborn and returning each year to the hunting grounds. Many disappeared in the dead of winter, no longer visible to man. Even the birds seemed to disappear as the earth died each winter. Read More…

My Soul My Doctor – Part 1: Individual Choices for Healing

This is a three-part article which establishes correlations among the individual human, its soul, and its soul group relative to healing processes:

  • Part 1: Individual Choices for Healing (this post);
  • Part 2: Influence of the Soul on Healing Processes; and
  • Part 3: Influence of Soul Groups on Healing Processes.

The Spiritual MD

I am dedicating this series of articles (posts) to my exceptional Orlando-area medical practitioners: Nafeesa Mahmood (MD), Heather Godfrey (SLP), John Meisenheimer (MD) and Manuel Faria (DC), along with other gifted medical practitioners. I refer to them as ‘gifted’ because:

  1. they have struggled and attained advanced skills through extensive training and experience;
  2. they are very open to Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM); and
  3. they don’t just talk about the value of folding mind, body and spirit into the therapeutic process; over time, their skills have evolved to an advanced level through their belief in a medical partnership with the mind and spirit as being the most effective path to healing.

Why are Healing Processes Selective?

It is sometimes useful to divide healing processes for any given illness roughly into thirds, as it applies to the whole of the population (all patients of all ages):  one-third of patients achieve a full recovery after a single visit to a doctor or therapist; one-third require multiple treatments; and one-third do not recover, continuing with the injury or dis-ease (spelled this way intentionally) in some form for the remainder of life and possibly contributing to other challenges or even a shortened life. This has little to do with the skill of an experienced physician; yet it has everything to do with the will of the patient and the intentions of the patient’s soul.

This also applies to most hypnosis and soul therapy procedures. Consider for example a large group hypnosis session:  one-third of the participants quit smoking immediately; one-third are able to quit smoking after several individual sessions; and one-third will not succeed in quitting. Again, this has little to do with the skill of an experienced therapist; yet it has everything to do with the will of the client and the intentions of the client’s soul. Read More…

My Soul My Doctor – Part 2: Influence of the Soul on Healing Processes

[This is a continuation from My Soul My Doctor, Part 1, which focused on the “Individual Choices for Healing.”]

Injury, Illness and Health are Life Plan Essentials

From an abbreviated perspective, most souls enter the physical world as an experiential learning process:  to experience that which they cannot experience in the pervasive loving purity of the Soul-Side; to gain a greater understanding of such experiences and their energetic emotional impacts; to demonstrate learning through changes in actions; and finally to gain wisdom from similar collective experiences.

One cannot completely understand darkness if there is only light and beauty; one cannot completely understand fear, anger, prejudice or war if there is only unconditional love; and one cannot completely understand injury, dis-ease or death if there is only eternal health. Looked at from another perspective, can a soul truly appreciate the light, love and eternal health without a comparative experience?

A soul does not simply decide to come into the physical world without approval and guidance. If selected for a physical life journey, the soul works with other experienced souls to develop a life plan that will provide a clear meaning (objective) and purpose to the physical life experience. If a soul is working on experiencing and understanding the effects of an enduring injury or dis-ease, including a short-lived terminal illness, then we can be certain that the soul will be directly involved in the outcome of any medical procedure. My Soul My Doctor – Part 3: Influence of Soul Groups on Healing Processes

[This is a continuation from My Soul My Doctor, Part 2, which focused on the “Influence of the Soul on Healing Processes.”]

Soul Groups and Health Choices

It should be recognized that individual souls do not come into the world alone; they tend to work with soul groups (which will be discussed further in a separate article). Collectively, the soul group works on a generic experiential area, such as war or cancer, and part of the life plan of the individual souls is to contribute toward the overall group experience. For example, one soul may choose to die in war; others may experience that loss and the associated grief through a familial relationship or friendship with the soldier who died in battle; others may read about battle casualties or deaths in the paper or hear it on the news and react significantly. Each reaction contributes to the collective group experience and understanding about war.

Similarly, a soul group may be working on understanding cancer. One soul may die quickly from a late detection of cancer; one of the daughters may subsequently contract cancer and fight the terminal illness for years before passing over; other siblings may live their lives in fear of contracting cancer as their sister and mother did; yet another may contract cancer and experience remission, only to live in fear and face the cancer again later in life. Collectively, the soul group learns about many aspects of cancer through direct experience and from individual reactions:  surprise, death, fear, stress, grief, anguish, remission, changes in lifestyle or diet or exercise to avoid a similar cancer, struggle to survive, giving up when death is at the door, and an infinite number of questions as to “why me” or “why us” and “how could God be so unmerciful?” Read More…

Progression Therapy

Progression therapy is similar to regression therapy, except that it looks at future events instead of focusing on the past. The world has always had prophets, clairvoyants, and psychics who predict future events; many are charlatans, but some are absolutely remarkable in terms of their ability to peer into tomorrow. Many of these predictions and events are recorded in the great religious books, such as The Bible, and all religions have predictions about future events which were envisioned by “inspired prophets.”

Nostradamus: A Prophet for the Ages

Some prophecies and predictions are extraordinarily accurate even over a span of centuries. For example, Nostradamus is a widely known prophet who published his “quatrains” (prophecies) in the 16th century. Some of Nostradamus’s quatrains appear to have predicted key events of the 20th century, including major players in such events (e.g., Hitler in World War II). Followers of Nostradamus also link his prophecies with the 2012 end date of the Mayan Calendar and the corresponding world-wide disasters, which is sometimes referred to as the “end of days.”

Edgar Cayce, the Sleeping Prophet

Edgar Cayce, the Sleeping Prophet

A more recent seer of the future was Edgar Cayce (1877-1945) who was able to look into the distant past as well as the future. By closing his eyes and placing himself into a trance-like state (an altered state of consciousness), Edgar Cayce was able to connect to recorded information (which he referred to as the Akashic Records) from all time, past and future; he could also connect to the universal consciousness (also referred to as the super-conscious mind). From these resources, he was able to respond to a wide range of questions from individuals across the USA and even in other parts of the world. Included among his predictions of future events are a possible polar shift in 2012 which would bring world-wide disaster (widely addressed on the internet). Read More…

Regression Therapy — Including Past Life Regression

Regression Therapy

Regression therapy uses hypnosis as a tool for accessing the subconscious mind where the client’s long term memory is stored. Once the long term memory is accessed, the client’s subconscious is “regressed” or moved back in time through the memories of the client’s life to uncover the root cause of any illness or dis-ease (intentionally spelled this way).

Hypnosis is a marvelous tool for regression therapy, whereby a skilled hypnotherapist can use time-tested techniques to locate the root problem(s) much more rapidly than psychotherapy alone. Once the root cause is identified, the client can learn to examine the event(s) from a higher perspective and subsequently release the emotional energies. Read More…

Meditation

Most people are familiar with the concepts of meditation and hypnosis, but they may not be aware of their therapeutic benefits. Practitioners often debate the differences between the two activities, yet there are important shared aspects. Most notable among them is that both meditation and hypnosis produce an altered state of consciousness, thereby creating a heightened state of suggestability. Therefore, they can both be used as therapeutic tools by a certified or licensed practitioner, as well as being used for self-induction techniquest by private groups and individuals.

The following discussion provides a very brief introduction to meditation; hypnosis and hypnotherapy are discussed in a separate article. Read More…

Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy

The previous article (post) discussed meditation as a natural form of therapy available to everyone. Meditation assists the individual to establish and maintain harmony among the body, mind and spirit. Hypnosis is quite similar to meditation in that both produce an altered state of consciousness, thereby creating a heightened state of suggestibility. When used correctly as a therapeutic tool, this increased state of suggestibility can be used to alter thinking processes so as to eliminate phobias (fears), minimize pain and anger, balance energy systems, retrieve forgotten information from the past, and open hidden, previously inaccessible experiences and memories.

The following discussion provides a very brief introduction to hypnosis and hypnotherapy. An introduction to meditation is in a separate article. Read More…
